For two evenings only, Executive Chinese Chef Aaron Tan of Man Fu Yuan at Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore welcomes Sedtapat “Pop” Sukpaisanpongsa, Chef de Cuisine of Lily's at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok, for FIRE & SPARK: A Cantonese × Thai Gastronomic Journey.

Thoughtfully shaped around the shared values of craftsmanship, heritage and technique, this collaborative dining experience brings together the refinement of Cantonese cuisine and the spirited vibrancy of Thai flavours through a menu that moves beyond individual signatures into a true dialogue of cultures.

Balancing collaborative creations with each chef’s distinct culinary identity, the experience invites guests on a journey between Singapore and Bangkok through fire, spice, depth and finesse.
